Lodging is reserved for critical needs only, as space is extremely limited during catastrophes. Examples of critical needs include situations where your home is uninhabitable due to a power outage, flooding, structural damage, or other impacts from a natural disaster.
When large-scale events occur, hotel availability quickly becomes constrained. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, lodging is not guaranteed, and hotel options will vary based on availability.
If a room is secured, you will be placed in the hotel that best meets your request. Once your placement is finalized, confirmation will be sent.
